SCHEDULE OF SEARCH
-
To get started we will introduce ourselves (in-person if possible) to our sponsor and any stakeholder to encourage a better understanding of our capabilities.
We will have a detailed discussion outlining your needs and goals for the search as well as a briefing on your organizationβs culture and overall mission and vision.
Learn what organizations and people you believe are good targets and those to avoid.
Discuss the details of the position, organization and the specific challenges of the job and existing search efforts.
Refine the job description.
Discuss the target compensation.
Discuss fee schedule.
Engage.
-
The next meeting is generally three to four weeks after our initial meeting, enabling the research to bear enough potential candidates for a fruitful discussion.
This first report is the result of casting a very broad net. This meeting is meant to discuss potential candidates as real possibilities, but also to help refine our candidate profile so that the next effort is more focused.
-
Next, we report to the hiring manager all potential, interested and vetted candidates with a brief description of each interested candidate and progress on others.
-
Following the submission of the refined list of promising candidates, we will then facilitate phone, video and in-person interviews between company staff and candidates.
Relay any feedback from your team to the candidate and vice versa.
After your team decides on their preferred candidate, we begin salary negotiation.
-
We will then solicit enough references from the chosen candidate to create a viable and real picture of past challenges and successes. Depending on company needs, we will call and provide notes on each reference, or coordinate a portion of these with company management.
-
Once a candidate is agreed upon, we will help the company structure an exciting offer.
We will then deliver the offer, continue to coordinate mutual feedback and secure acceptance.
